Using this website
This website provides general information about Marvallous Home Care and a way to request a free assessment or apply for a job. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and using the site does not create a care relationship. If this is an emergency, call 911.
Accuracy of information you give us
Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you. Do not submit someone else's information without their permission.
Billing, cancellations and refunds
- Services are billed according to the rates and schedule set out in your service agreement.
- Private-pay clients may cancel a scheduled visit with 24 hours' notice without charge.
- Prepaid amounts for services that were not delivered are refunded within 30 days.
- Services covered by insurance or Medicaid follow that payer's rules for authorisation, billing, cancellation and appeals.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Your service agreement controls if there is any conflict between it and this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
