Home care is non-medical support with daily life — companionship, bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, housekeeping and errands. Home health is skilled clinical care delivered by a nurse: medication administration, wound care, ventilator and trach management. Marvallous does both, and most families end up with a plan that mixes them.
