Our standard

The Marvallous Promise.

Every caregiver we send into your home has to pass a single question first: would we trust them with our own parent? If the answer is anything but an absolute yes, they don't make it past our front door — much less yours.

Level 2 background check

FDLE fingerprint screening, drug testing, licence verification.

References + experience

Minimum one year of senior care, three verified references, in-person interview.

Trained for your parent

Condition-specific training: dementia, Parkinson's, post-stroke, fall prevention.

Same caregiver, every shift

No revolving door. The person who comes Monday is the person who comes Friday.

Insurance & payment

We handle the paperwork. You stay with your parent.

Our care coordinator verifies your coverage before the free assessment — so by the time the RN walks in, you already know what your plan covers and what, if anything, it will cost.

Common questions

Senior care, answered.

When does my parent actually need home care?

A few honest signs: missed medications, unopened mail piling up, weight loss, recent falls, leaving the stove on, or the family caregiver burning out. You don't need a crisis to start — most families wish they'd called sooner.

Is the in-home assessment really free?

Yes. A registered nurse comes to the home, spends about an hour with your parent, and builds a written care plan. You owe us nothing and you're under no obligation to start care.

Will my loved one have the same caregiver every shift?

Yes. Consistency is the whole point — the same caregiver every shift, learning your parent's routines, preferences and the hard days. We arrange a backup who has met your family for the rare times your primary caregiver is out.

What's the difference between a CNA, an HHA and an RN?

HHAs (Home Health Aides) handle companionship and personal care. CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) do everything HHAs do plus hands-on personal care under medical supervision. RNs (Registered Nurses) handle clinical care — medications, wounds, condition oversight. We work with all three and right-size to your plan.

What if my parent refuses help?

Common, and completely normal. We start small — a few hours of companionship, not "a caregiver". Once your parent meets the right person, the resistance usually softens within two or three visits. Our care coordinator can coach you through the first conversation.

What does this actually cost?

It depends on the plan, the hours and how care is paid for. We verify your Medicaid, VA or long-term care insurance coverage before you commit and give you an exact number in writing, so there are no surprises. Private-pay rates are quoted by the hour, shift or live-in week.

What if my parent's needs change?

They will — that's normal. The care plan is reviewed as things shift, and hours, tasks or the level of caregiver can all be adjusted. A registered nurse re-assesses whenever there's a hospital stay, a fall, a new diagnosis or a medication change, and any time you ask.

How do you handle an emergency or a fall?

Caregivers follow a written emergency protocol built during the assessment: call 911 where warranted, then the family, then our on-call line, which is staffed 24/7. Every incident is documented and reviewed by a registered nurse, and we call you — you never find out from a note.

Can a caregiver drive my parent to appointments?

Yes. Transportation and appointment escort are part of what we do — the pharmacy, the doctor, the hairdresser, church. We'll confirm during the assessment whose vehicle is used and how mileage is handled.
